To address individual and communal trauma wounds through transformative education, a diversity of healing encounters, and community accountability strategies, prioritizing support for those furthest from economic, political, and institutional access.
Objectives
RooT currently addresses patterns of harm by:

Offering initiatives for people impacted by violence to engage in a variety of healing encounters.

Offering healing opportunities for those who have caused harm to shift learned attitudes that enable and perpetuate patterns of harm.

Creating a structured space for accountability to take place through a transformative justice (TJ) approach.
